3.4 Delivery of digital products
Upon successful payment, access to your purchased digital product will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at impactwealthinternational@gmail.com.
3.5 Refund policy
Given the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access to the product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at impactwealthinternational@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable Belgian or EU consumer protection law, please contact us and we will assess your request in accordance with our legal obligations.
3.6 Consumer rights under EU law
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a right of withdrawal from certain contracts within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
