I am Leon Robin, the founder of Impact Wealth International and the voice behind its guides, videos and podcast interviews.
My background sits at the intersection of two fields that most people keep separate: environmental policy and personal finance. I spent years working in international environmental policy, studying and advising on the frameworks that govern how governments, institutions and businesses manage their relationship with the natural world.
In parallel, I have been building and managing my own investment portfolio for over seven years. I invest in sustainable ETFs personally. The brokers described here are platforms I have used myself. The ETFs I write about are funds I have researched, evaluated and in many cases held. Nothing on this site is theoretical.
Those two threads, environmental expertise and hands-on investing experience, are the reason Impact Wealth International exists. I used to have no reliable platform bringing all information together and kept meeting people who wanted to invest sustainably but had no trustworthy starting point. I built this platform to close that gap.
I have interviewed leading figures in sustainable finance and personal finance, which are shared within the articles written. Those conversations inform a significant part of the research behind this site’s content.
